Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of customer programmes and guide them from initial concept through successful delivery. This position requires close coordination across commercial, engineering, quality, and operations functions to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with agreed requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Translate customer requirements into clear project plans, schedules, resource needs, and deliverables.
Bring together multidisciplinary teams and maintain accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Build productive working relationships with customers and coordinate solutions when concerns arise.
Connect regional and international teams to ensure consistent priorities and smooth execution.
Monitor progress, identify gaps early, and introduce recovery or risk-mitigation measures.
Keep stakeholders informed through structured updates, records, and project reviews.
Contribute to commercial enquiries and quotation exercises by developing work packages and estimated timelines.
Participate in project launches, reviews, and coordination sessions at different locations when required.
Requirements
A degree in a scientific, computing, mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related technical discipline.
At least 3 years of experience delivering projects with exposure to the automotive sector.
Practical understanding of product development and quality management processes.
Strong planning, prioritisation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
