Job description
Lead team of Engineers, Staff Engineers, and Quality function leaders to implement, manage, and review the entire quality system to all sites to ensure consistent quality mindset & practices are applied.
Establish continuous improvement programs,and define and implement the quality policy and guidelines to detect, solve, and prevent problems in the manufacturing processes.
Overall 'Quality Champion & Ambassador' to promote 5S, Lean-Sigma and Kaizen culture.
Interface with different departments internally, externally, as well as with regulatory agencies.
Introduce best practices, build QA capability, and maintain high QA standards within the organization.
Responsible for managing customer and regulatory audits.
Requirements
Degree in Electronic/Electriucal/Mechanical Engineering with at least 8-10 years of hands on product quality working experience.Â
Experience in ISO14001, ISO9001; TS13485.
Experience in leading or managing Quality Systems and GMP, and have audit experience and good understanding of FDA regulatory requirements.
