Heads plant-wide quality assurance & control, embedding zero-defect culture and ensuring reliability for advanced-packaging customers.Â
Key responsibilities
Own ISO 9001/IATF 16949 QMS, incoming-to-outgoing inspection and customer audits.
Lead 8D investigations, SPC/FMEA/MSA deployment and supplier-quality programs.
Drive yield, traceability and cleanliness improvements; integrate quality into NPI and scale-up.Â
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Materials, Mechanical, Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering.
10 + years quality leadership in semiconductor materials or precision manufacturing.
Expert in 8D, SPC, DOE, PFMEA; customer-facing audit experience; Mandarin and English proficiency preferred.Â
