
Job description
Oversee QA activities: monitor metrics (F4, efficiency, improvement) and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and manage QA budget; plan and schedule training for QA tools and processes.
Recruit, lead, and coach QA team members; evaluate and improve the site’s quality management system.
Address profit/loss issues by implementing improvements that strengthen market position.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and security policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Knowledge/Skills:
Strong expertise in Quality Assurance, including SPC and PCB assembly processes.
Skilled in global and regional logistics and supply chain requirements.
Proficient with financial and analytical tools to evaluate business impact.
Familiar with international tax and customs considerations.
Proven change management track record, driving productivity and cost-reduction.
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS preferred) or equivalent.
Minimum five years in a quality-related role, plus at least two years in a managerial capacity.
Or a comparable combination of education, experience, and/or training.
