Job description
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of QMS processes.
Ensure strict adherence to established standards and regulations.
Manage global communications during audits and visits with external stakeholders.
Drive initiatives focused on achieving zero-defect quality improvement.
Provide strategic guidance and support to enhance QMS effectiveness.
Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts to promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Proficient in quality standards, experienced Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable plans, deliverables, and resource needs.
Strong organizational, management, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
