Job description

  • Management, recruitment and development of an effective two-tier channel structure with a specific focus on productive channel partners and building our presence within these partners.

  • Achieve forecasted sales results with a focus on the management of the sales pipeline and opportunities.

  • Manage all sales activities within the assigned territory including management of the South-East Asia team.

  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients, partners (resellers), and influencers within company market segment including key market players such as Microsoft, Dell, HP and other key Tier 1 partners.

  • Participate in key webinars and events to evangelize company technology within our market space.

  • Develop and implement channel plans and programs to increase awareness and enhance productivity on the channels within the chosen territory.

  • Manage sales and opportunity pipeline and work with the Asia Pacific team to implement efficient and effective lead generation activities.

  • Participate in regional quarterly business reviews and present the state of the region and plans to remedy issues and tactics to accelerate growth.


  • 7+ years proven sales and channel management experience within the high-tech industry.

  • Computing/network product knowledge is a must including networking and technology infrastructure.

  • Experience working with Channels such as resellers, VARs, integrators, consultants, etc.

  • Up to 40% of travel may be required.
