Job description

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for low voltage switchgear and controlgear products. The role involves strategic planning, customer relationship management, and leading marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.

  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and distributors.

  • Oversee pricing, tendering, and negotiation processes to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and trade exhibitions.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.

  • Lead and develop the sales and marketing team, ensuring performance and capability growth.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • 5–10 years’ experience in sales and marketing within LV/MV switchgear or related electrical industries.

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and tender management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

  • Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.

  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are advantageous.
