Develop, handle and maintain a good relationship with existing and key customers.
Conduct effective business meetings in a consultative approach and portraying technical knowledge in GaN on Si/SiC processes and products.
Proactive in identifying new business opportunities within the industry through networking, cold calling, trade exhibitions, etc.
Convert new business leads into customers to expand market share.
Attend to sales enquiries, presentations, negotiations, and preparation of weekly/monthly sales reports.
Maintain a positive pipeline to ensure individual targets set by the company are achieved.
Periodically review sales targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and KPIs set by the company with the VP, Operations.
Communicate and work closely with Production/Engineering team to ensure all customers’ specifications are fulfilled accordingly, delivered on time and products are of high quality.
Effectively gather market insights, feedback to forecast trends, growth and demands.
Represent the company as a speaker or network at trade exhibitions and industry events • Periodic overseas Travelling can be required.
Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or related field At least 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor industry, preferably with at least 2 years of sales experience in GaN/SiC/Semiconductor ICs or Semiconductor material with global customers.
Experience in front and backend operations within Semiconductor companies will be an added advantage.
