Job description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales and Marketing Director / Vice President to lead sales and marketing efforts. The role requires an experienced leader who can develop and execute strategies, build long-term relationships, and sustainably grow revenues, with a focus on the semiconductor market and managing a complex global supply chain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Head of Sales & Marketing, developing, creating, and executing the business strategy, targeting sustainable revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships.

  • Identify and capture large B2B market opportunities across the semiconductor sector by creating strategic sales and account penetration plans. Lead initiatives to enter next-generation markets, build strategic partnerships, and foster relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Navigate complex supply chains spanning countries and global customers, optimizing product flow and sales opportunities in the semiconductor space.

  • Drive accountability, ownership, and synergy between sales and marketing teams, ensuring a unified approach to business growth and customer engagement.

  • Lead the marketing and demand creation strategy, targeting new customers and emerging markets within the APAC region.

  • Formulate, execute, and deliver sales key performance metrics (KPM) and targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide technical support, while managing customer and distributor relationships.

  • As a key member of the Senior Management team, contribute to the development of sales strategies, oversee Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

  • Manage sales budget and financial forecasting, with direct control over cost center, manpower, travel, and entertainment expenditures. Ensure financial discipline and alignment with business objectives.

  • Strategize and redesign the sales organization structure for scalability and sustainability, optimizing resources to defend current business, capture competitor market share, and expand into new areas.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to collect, share, and analyze competitive market data, enabling faster and more informed responses to market volatility.

  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a strong sales talent pool, building a passionate and capable team to support consistent business growth. Implement succession planning to ensure long-term leadership stability.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading sales and marketing teams with a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry.

  • Expertise in managing complex global supply chains and B2B sales.

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen with a focus on long-term growth.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
