Drives national business-development efforts for advanced-packaging materials, positioning the company as a trusted technology partner while accelerating revenue growth.Â
Key responsibilities
Craft and execute China-wide sales plans and market-entry strategies.
Build senior relationships with OEMs, foundries and OSATs; steer complex technical negotiations.
Launch new products, oversee brand messaging, trade-show presence and investor reporting.
Lead and scale a high-performing commercial team; manage pricing, contracts and KPI dashboards.Â
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Materials or Electrical/Chemical Engineering.
8–10 + years in semiconductor-materials sales, with ≥5 years in leadership.
Track record in global-account management, contract negotiation and TIM/substrate know-how.
Fluent in Mandarin & English.Â
