Job description
Managing and maintaining sales data to develop daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators
Setting up of dashboards and reports, to track sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies, and identify areas for improvement
Partnering with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data
Assisting the Sales Leaders on Pipeline and Opportunity reviews
Track and analyse key metrics including opportunity pipeline, revenue, and sales forecast through various sales channels
Measuring the efficiency of the sales team in managing their sales and design pipelines
Function as an advocate for the sales team, playing the critical role in planning the sales and operations functions to ensure the business goals are entirely aligned across each
business units of the company
Preparing and supporting the Sales Leader(s) on Quarterly Business Review presentations
Assisting and supporting HR team, the onboarding and training process of new Sales Representatives
Train sales team to utilize systems and sales operations tools to increase sales efficiency tools
Generate reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools as needed by sales and management teams
Other duties as assigned by the company
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, technical or business-related field preferred.
More than 5 years of experience in sales operations with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, managing dashboards, and assisting in training new hires
Ability to drive towards simple, scalable solutions to complex business problems
Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
Advanced Excel skills and other Microsoft office software
Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
Both a strong team player and individual contributor; with initiative and capability to work independently
Ability to drive towards simple, scalable solutions to complex business problems
