Manage an account or portfolio sales pipeline. Upsell existing services or new lines to existing / potential customers.
Develop and maintain relationship with key strategic decision makers on client side.
Address all inquiries and resolve conflicts by providing solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Track and ensure KPI targets are met on sales closure, invoicing and collections, and are aligned with the target objectives of Company.
Plan action items to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
5 years of sales / sales account management experience in the Banking Financial Services Insurance (BFSI) industry.
Knowledge in SalesForce (SFDC) and MS Office.
