Job description

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Manage assigned accounts and territories to achieve long-term success.

  • Understand the competition landscape, market situation and work with FAE team, Marketing team to define and formulate sales strategies and plans execution.

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales and DWIN targets within assigned accounts or territories as set by the company, and to be constantly aware of how sales/DWIN revenue are performing for the year to date and how they compare to previous years.

  • Develop, build and maintain strong, positive, long-lasting customer and distributor relationships by partnering them to understand their business needs and objectives.

  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.

  • Regular tracking and reporting on the status of accounts.

  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer and distributor networks.

  • Ensure Market Share Growth is achieved yearly.

  • Joint-work with Marcom/FAEs and respective product teams in organising global tradeshow / exhibition to showcase our new product & technology; aim to create brand awareness and new business opportunity.

  • Capable of managing a number priorities and deliverables in an operational, interrupt driven environment with minimal guidance or supervision.

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers and internal teams in a timely manner.

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

  • To be resourceful and proactive, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of urgency.

Requirements

  • A degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • 5 or more years of regional sales experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in multi-cultural environment.

  • Good level of understanding on business creation and development with good skills for managing design-in and design-win pipeline process and prioritization.

  • Technical background on semiconductors and knowledge in Industrial / Power segments application know-how, especially in power discrete is preferred.

  • Ability to drive, coordinate and structure cross-functional, cross-regional activities and business partners.

  • Self-motivated, both a team player as well as individual/independent contributor.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must and excellent presentation skill will be key for this role, and fluency in Chinese is a strong plus.

  • Well-verse in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Words and any other programs that can enhance and increase the efficiency of tasks.

  • Action oriented, open-minded, flexible person with strong listening communication and time conflict management skills.

  • This role may require frequent traveling, including international travels.
