
Job description
Manage existing corporate accounts in Singapore and other Asian countries.
Continuously obtain and analyse semiconductor market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
Obtain and define customer requirements and execute all account management activities
Work closely with Japan factory, operations and logistics department to ensure customer scheduled date is achieved.
Negotiate with customers on price, lead time and other business deals.
Resolve service issues between factory/operations/logistics and customers promptly and efficiently;
Support teams’ pre-sales and post-sale activities.
Proactive on Singapore Customs related matters, including bulk permit renewal, and attending strategic goods export control seminars.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 5 years technical or direct sales experience, preferably within the Semiconductor / Electronics Industry.
Experience with low volume/high value product and service sales to semiconductor manufacturers (IDM’s, foundries) a plus.
A Bachelor in Engineering or related discipline is preferred
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
