Job description
Lead the Site-Finance and Central Front End Finance teams across the company in supporting the Global Front End Operations team with financial analysis, product costing, strategic initiatives and other requirements.
Partner with the other members of the Global Front End Leadership Team (FLT) in identifying, assessing and presenting strategic initiatives; drive business decision-making within the FLT, emphasizing and improving shareholder value generation, voicing opinions and taking informed risks.
Design and drive cost reduction activities with the objective to achieve best-in-class cost in all areas of Front End Manufacturing.
Integrate and streamline processes and systems for product costing, as well as financial and business planning and reporting, across local sites and global teams to provide insightful and timely information for cost reduction initiatives, business benchmarking, performance management and operations decision-making to enable the global Front End organization to achieve its objectives.
Lead proactively in developing and implementing new financial processes for costing, planning and reporting to meet changing business needs.
Work with FLT and site management teams to optimize capital allocation for maximum return-on-investment (ROI) within the global Front End organization: improve and promote return on investment analysis practices & procedures, training, and ownership to conduct a thorough ROI analysis on each project and make recommendations.
Exercise effective and independent financial oversight and control over the Global Front End function, so as to safeguard and maximize shareholder value.
Collaborate with other teams inside and outside the global Finance organization to develop highly effective working relationships.
Develop and lead team member performance, including planning, training, mentoring, rewarding, promoting teamwork, and developing leadership across sites/central teams.
Requirements
Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Additional professional qualifications like CPA, CFA, CMA preferred.
At least 15 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Controlling or related fields in the manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech industries preferred).
At least 10 years of leadership experience, ideally in globally dispersed teams.
Ambitious, with a growth mindset and strong dedication to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal English-language communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to perform in an environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA).
Strong influencing skills and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
Demonstrated capability to build highly effective and engaged teams.
