• Lead, manage, and develop a motivated high-performance team.

• Optimize department performance and structure.

• Provide detailed performance management for all direct reports with formal and informal feedback, work on a plan jointly to improve strengths and address weaknesses, and establish performance plan goals with line of sight to IPP goals, manufacturing initiatives and company strategy..

Deliver Outstanding Functional Service

• Establish organizational roadmaps and strategies to drive long term vision for striking quality performance and deploy the strategies across all BE MFG and Supplier sites.

• Ensure team members are properly trained according to department compliance and work requirements.

• Manage internal budgets and drive active cost reduction in your department.

Render Strategic Solutions

• Identify and understand department service requirements, ensure they align with stakeholders’ expectations.

• Develop and measure department metrics and oversee functional metrics to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

• Build effective relationships across the network to manage and resolve conflicts.

• Initiate and sustain effective communication with all partners.

• Provide advice to senior and executive management on strategic decisions.

Ensure a Safe, Compliant, and Ethical Work Environment

• Maintain knowledge of and apply company safety, labor, and ethics policies.

• Communicate requirements and expectations to leaders and to internal and external stakeholders.
