Job description
Lead initiatives to improve safety culture and compliance across the organization.
Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs, policies, and standards.
Conduct compliance audits and ensure corrective actions align with regulations.
Respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, and recommend preventative measures.
Provide technical guidance on electrical and equipment safety practices.
Analyze safety data to identify trends and prevent recurring incidents.
Ensure accuracy of compliance reports and regulatory submissions.
Mentor less experienced staff and act as a technical advisor on safety projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering) with at least 15 years of experience in manufacturing industry.Â
Strong expertise in hazard assessment, data analysis, and incident investigation.
Proven experience in electrical and equipment safety in multinational settings.
Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies effectively.
Skilled in managing complex tasks independently with a results-driven approach.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
