Job description
Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role provides actionable financial insights, builds models, and partners with cross-functional teams to guide strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and improve financial models for budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning.
Analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for leadership.
Support budgeting, variance reviews, and scenario analysis.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and evaluate business cases.
Ensure data accuracy by collaborating with accounting and operations.
Recommend process and reporting improvements.
Assist with month-end activities and administer FP&A tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; advanced credentials a plus.
4–7 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience.
Strong analytical and modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience with BI tools and ERP systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
