Job description
Enhances manufacturing productivity, cost-effectiveness, and quality through systematic analysis and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate production workflows using analytical and time-study techniques to improve efficiency.
Optimize facility layouts, resource utilization, and production planning.
Use statistical and modeling tools to identify improvement opportunities.
Support ergonomic assessments and ensure safe, efficient work environments.
Manage production schedules and coordinate operational support.
Analyze performance data to measure improvement impact and propose enhancements.
Requirements
Degree in industrial engineering, mechatronics, electronics, physics, or materials science with minimum 5 years in industrial engineering.
Knowledge of manufacturing systems, planning, and quality principles.
Proficiency with industrial engineering tools (time studies, line balancing, capacity planning).
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
