Develop the corporate brand strategy at the Group Marketing level across the different business functions of the organisation.
Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing communciations plan with different business units in support of the overall corporate brand strategy.
Plan and oversee the internal communications editorial calendar, identify story angles that strengthens the internal branding efforts.
Drive community engagement via on social media platforms.
Evaluate and manage corporate social responsibility programmes.
Evaluate sponsorship oppportunties.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
At least 10 years of in-depth experience in brand management, marketing and internal communications.
Strong project management skills and deadline driven who can be a team leader role as well as a team player.
Proven ability to deliver stories and campaigns with sharp messaging.
Proactive and possess good stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written communication, presentation and project management skills.
Highly versatile, agile and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
