Job description

  • Develop the corporate brand strategy at the Group Marketing level across the different business functions of the organisation.

  • Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing communciations plan  with different business units in support of the overall corporate brand strategy.

  • Plan and oversee the internal communications editorial calendar, identify story angles that strengthens the internal branding efforts.

  • Drive community engagement via on social media platforms.

  • Evaluate and manage corporate social responsibility programmes.

  • Evaluate sponsorship oppportunties.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of in-depth experience in brand management, marketing and internal communications.

  • Strong project management skills and deadline driven who can be a team leader role as well as a team player.

  • Proven ability to deliver stories and campaigns with sharp messaging.

  • Proactive and possess good stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent written communication, presentation and project management skills.

  • Highly versatile, agile and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
