Job description
Develop, coordinate, and implement purchasing strategies to satisfy key technology requirements while driving for best-in-class capital efficiency.
Manage all aspects of global supplier performance, including quality, cost, operations, service, and technology.
Engage closely with internal customers such as engineering, operations, R&D, QA, and finance to ensure alignment on key performance indicators.
Develop and drive global cost reduction strategies.
Develop procurement strategies to support capacity expansion, including new construction.
Lead global negotiations and manage supplier executive level relationships.
Work effectively with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best results for the company.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in the semiconductor or related industry.
Support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
