Job description
Lead team to deliver analog mixed signal verification and validation work packages for business lines worldwide.
Provide and support for all projects executed in the team.
Manage competency and methodology development of the team at the competence centre level.
Handle people development and allocation of the right competency to the projects supported.
Ensure continuous improvements to be state of the art in methodology and skills.
Drive evaluation of new tools and methods to improve efficiency in verification and validation tasks.
Drive collaboration across different functional teams locally and worldwide to achieve project success.
Develop and execute strategy to maintain as competence centre in verification and validation.
Support project managers in achieving project targets in verification and validation work packages.
Support functional management to achieve key goals and targets of verification and validation center of competence.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or Science.
At least 10 years hands-on experience in verification or/and post silicon validation of analog mixed signal products/IPs.
Deep knowledge in state-of-the-art analog mixed signal pre-silicon verification and post silicon validation methodologies/tools to drive methodologies discussion and development.
Good knowledge on PCB/FPGA development, laboratory automatic testing and electronics measuring equipment.
Experience in leading a team, possess people management skills and a team player.
Good communication, and presentation skills with demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring people.
Ability to make sound judgements and motivate team members to perform at the best level.
Has some basic knowledge on budgeting and planning.
You possess an innovative mind set, out of the box thinking and able to drive continuous innovation.
Fluent in English.
