For this Senior Manager role, we would need someone who is driven, passionate about sustainability and is motivated to lead a team of service ambassadors to engage future residents of Tengah. The selected candidate will undertake key responsibilities that includes, but not limited to the following:
Lead the Customer Success team of Sustainability Ambassadors
Drive resident engagement and build awareness around the Centralised Cooling System (CCS) and other eco-solutions deployed in Tengah (Singapore’s 24th HDB town) by the company.
Set KPIs, manage and maintain high sign-up rates for CCS.
Develop training programs, manage pipeline and sales development processes, ensure exceptional customer service standards and provide visibility to the team’s overall performance via specific reporting tools.
Plan and optimize resident engagements based on volume projections, and coordinate efforts effectively to manage high-demand conditions (even on weekends).
Continuously strive to create a high-performance team, based on solid, ethical fundamentals and develop a culture of excellence.
Become the Custodian of the MyTengah Experience Centre (TEC)
Oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the TEC.
Work hand-in-hand with the marketing organization to deploy relevant programs and campaigns.
Make recommendations for continuous improvement of the TEC.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business development, or business-related field.
Preferably with 5-8 years of relevant experience in a marketing, sales, business development, or business-related field.
Passionate about sustainability, curious, has a strong interest in sustainable energy solutions and digital products.
Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills; ability to simplify and communicate complex technical ideas to industry customers and consumers.
Strong team player - able to work effectively with others in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Self-motivated, driven, energetic, resourceful and results-oriented.
