SMTS - Individual contributor
Senior Manager position available for candidates with leadership experience.
Lead the Facilities Operations team to ensure continuous support for wafer fabrication.
Manage and maintain Facilities Centre (FC) systems, ensuring reliable operation.
Provide technical guidance and resolve issues to ensure smooth facility operations.
Oversee the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and ensure maintenance compliance.
Develop and enforce procedures and preventive maintenance plans to guarantee system functionality.
Monitor system performance to prevent operational disruptions.
Coordinate incident response and participate in emergency response activities.
Supervise inspections, data logging, and system isolation for contractor work.
Direct shift leaders on task allocation and report generation.
Optimize workflows for cost efficiency and operational improvement.
Ensure timely preventive maintenance and calibration.
Maintain compliance with SOPs, regulations, and EHS standards.
Support continuous improvement and quality investigations.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to enhance plant performance.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical challenges.
Requirements
Extensive experience in facilities operations, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in CMMS and preventive maintenance systems.
Proficient in incident management and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
