Job description
Lead a team of Production Planners on end to end supply chain planning (both production and supply planning).
Optimize supply chain in terms of forecast accuracy (OTD, CLIP), customer interfacing and inventory management.
Define production goals to Operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Define business roadmap for Production Planning team to meet target that align with S&OP and company roadmap.
Drive KPI tracking and cover site S&OP roll-up.
Collaborate with Materials Planning team to ensure seamless production and minimal excess / obsolescence due to shelf-life/expiry concerns.
Coach, train and develop planners.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or related disciple.
Min. 10 years of relevant experience in Supply/Network/Production planning in Semiconductor/Electronics/FMCG industry.
Experience in Planning/ERP systems (such as SAP MM, APO and CTM) and strong Excel skills.
