
Job description
This role serves as a key link between customers and internal engineering teams, providing technical guidance throughout the full engagement lifecycle. The position supports product integration, new technology adoption, and alignment of customer needs with internal product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical sales contact for customers in the region.
Support both pre-sales and post-sales efforts alongside engineering and sales teams.
Convert customer requirements into clear technical inputs for product and engineering groups.
Develop and manage technical documents, design materials, and application notes.
Deliver consistent project updates and oversee customer communication.
Contribute technical details for proposals, quotations, and cross-functional initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities or gaps between product offerings and customer needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, with 5–10 years of experience in new product development within a technology environment.
Strong understanding of battery performance characteristics and safety considerations.
Experience supporting customers through product qualification processes.
Background in consumer electronics is advantageous.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical coordination skills.
