Leads full-scale manufacturing operations, optimizing productivity, quality, cost and delivery in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.Â
Key responsibilities
Define and execute factory strategies to meet ambitious output and yield targets.
Orchestrate high-velocity ramps, cycle-time reductions and equipment-utilization gains.
Synchronize production with engineering, supply-chain and planning; ensure ISO 9001/IATF 16949 & EHS compliance.Â
Requirements
Proven leader with extensive experience in advanced-materials or semiconductor manufacturing.
Demonstrated success in ramping volume, improving efficiency and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong command of Lean/continuous-improvement and safety systems.Â
