Job description
Lead NPI team responsible for defining product/project scope, business case, transferring/ramping the process from RnD to HVM
Responsible for overall project scheduling, identify and managing risk, timely execution and meeting product launch date.
Drive improvement projects.
Partner RnD and HVM team in deliver strategy program from mid to long term for DFM and cost.
Customer Fronting, drive closure of technical and Manufacturability gap to low risk prior to every
critical milestone.
Responsible to ensure resources are adequately staffed to ensure smooth project execution.
Work with cross functional teams in ensuring process setup & manufacturing readiness.
Ensure program deliverables are meeting specifications and performance.
Responsible for driving program qualifications and meeting Reliability standards.
Requirements
Hold a BS/MS degree in engineering or a related discipline and/or have demonstrated increasing levels of technical management responsibilities.
Experience in development and technology transfers, process/defect and performance improvement.
Strong knowledge of project/program management/integration skill, systems and tools.
