Job description
Manages and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function
Structures project and ensures compliance
Uses Infineon project management tools to structure projects and control progress;
Applies Infineon risk management methodology.
Leads project team to solve complex problems,
Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
Continuously focuses on project quality, assesses progress and ensures that goals are met even in the face of challenges
Anticipates and pro-actively manages changes while ensuring buy-in for change and is able to deal with ambiguity
Requirements
Master or Bachelor in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in managing SoC (Post Silicon) product development projects,
At least 4 years of leading projects with worldwide project team with significant complexity, risk, reach and impacts for part of the company.
In-depth project management knowledge and direct experience in the role of project manager on project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation;
Able to select, scale and combine the appropriate project methodologies
Good experience in project-related legal topics and manages financial aspects
Strong interpersonal communication and influence skills.
Technical knowledge on semiconductor product development and production ramp up, and related functions an advantage.
