Job description
Lead reliability assessments for advanced CMOS and mixed-signal technologies, ensuring full alignment with automotive and industry qualification requirements.
Define and carry out a broad set of accelerated stress evaluations—including thermal, humidity, environmental cycling, and electrical robustness tests—to gauge long-term device performance.
Interpret reliability results using lifetime-prediction models and statistical analysis techniques to guide qualification decisions and meet customer expectations.
Partner with design, process, and failure-analysis teams to identify root causes of reliability concerns and drive effective corrective actions.
Evaluate reliability risks for upcoming technology platforms and propose improvements that enhance overall design robustness.
Create automated data-processing and reporting solutions using Python and JMP to streamline analysis and improve turnaround time.
Deliver technical reports and support customer engagements, audits, and discussions related to product reliability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical, Chemical, or a related discipline).
More than 4 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or wafer-fab reliability, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
Strong expertise in WLR/PLR methodologies, reliability physics, and standard qualification practices.
Experience working across major process technologies such as Automotive, Logic, High-Voltage, and Flash/NVM.
Solid understanding of global reliability standards, including AEC-Q100, JEDEC guidelines, and JEP001.
