Job description

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

  • Supporting the sales team in finalizing important orders and expanding market presence among multinational customers.

  • Effectively communicate product value propositions through proposals and presentations.

  • Partnering with customers to understand business needs and objectives.

  • Keeping sales volume, product mix, and selling price updated.

  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts.

  • Contribute to new product development by evaluating market potential, pricing, and specifications.

  • Providing market feedback for developing sales and marketing strategies.

  • Support team objectives by completing relevant tasks and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in technical or marketing discipline with 15-20 years equipment sales experience

  • Minimally 5+ years in managerial roles with ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise with ability to articulate distinct product and service aspects.

  • Experience in developing client-focused, differentiated solutions.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in the English language.
