Senior Staff Burn-In Equipment Engineer

Job description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert in Burn-In Oven and Burn-in-Board equipment performance

  • Provide technical guidance for a team of engineers and technicians to enhance equipment performance to meet OEE targets.

  • Lead maintenance, quality and productivity improvements, addressing areas like equipment stability, yield and cost savings.

  • Optimize system components, including the oven, hardware, and autoloader.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Mechatronic field with over 10 years of experience in burn-in/final test processes, industrial burn-in ovens/boards.

  • Proficient in analyzing and enhancing equipment performance, autoloader experience is advantageous.

  • Expertise in change management, robust data analytics, and problem-solving.

  • Substantial project experience, particularly in enhancing productivity and quality.

  • Excel as a collaborative team player with strong presentation skills.
