Drive efficiency improvement using Lean Manufacturing approach to identify waste and to improve the factory manufacturing process flow.
Drive improvement initiatives for Manufacturing Efficiency and cost performance through simulation and work method optimization.
Develop Manufacturing methods and Labor utilization standards to drive towards best in class.
Provide expert guidance on workflow optimization, labor resource deployment to enable scalability.
Partner with Automation team in the transition of i4.0 initiatives rollout in the factory.
Model and Analyse different business requirements and propose cost-effective solutions.
Tool up business case, validation and prepare proposals for management review.
Perform Benchmarking and Best Practice Sharing within the Infineon Backend community.
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering with more than 5 years of relevant experience,preferably in the semiconductor industry.
Domain knowledge in Industrial Engineering or related field will be an advantage.
A strong team player with excellent communication skills and project management experience.
Highly analytical with desire to initiate improvements.
Certified in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or possesses experience in applying DMAIC principles will have distinct advantage.
Prior experience in driving I4.0 projects is preferred.
