Our client is seeking a Service Support Specialist to streamline operational efficiency through structured analysis and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Map business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Produce process documentation and insight reports.
Monitor key metrics and recommend actions for enhancement.
Support project execution from planning to delivery.
Conduct training and assist with ad hoc operational tasks.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
Skilled in MS Office; Power BI is a plus.
Structured, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver.
