Job description

In the role of QMS Manager, you will be responsible for directing the development, implementation, and upkeep of Quality Management System (QMS) processes to ensure they meet established standards. This position also entails coordinating communications with global partners and external customers during audits and visits, alongside spearheading initiatives aimed at achieving flawless quality improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of QMS processes.

  • Ensure strict adherence to established standards and regulations.

  • Manage global communications during audits and visits with external stakeholders.

  • Drive initiatives focused on achieving zero-defect quality improvement.

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to enhance QMS effectiveness.

  • Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.

  • Proficient in IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards.

  • Experienced with Automotive Industry Action Group 5 core tools, specializing in Statistical Process Control (SPC).

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable plans, deliverables, and resource needs.

  • Strong organizational, management, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
