Job description
Ensure 100% on-time delivery by developing and maintaining an accurate Master Production Schedule (MPS) in the ERP system.
Align MPS with customer PO coverage weekly; maintain ≥95% accuracy.
Manage capacity planning, material control, and BOM/routing creation to guarantee build readiness.
Monitor daily production schedules, optimize run quantities, and minimize changeovers.
Oversee End-of-Life processes: coordinate build-out tactics, deadlines, and RMA planning.
Maintain up-to-date customer contracts and enforce liability windows for material POs and inventory.
Serve as the workcell planning expert, ensuring valid POs, accurate BOMs, and sufficient materials before production.
Lead internal purge processes and enforce safety, health, and security policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; APICS certification and supervisory experience a plus.
≥2 years of production planning experience.
Proficient in MRP systems, component lead times, run rates, and production sequencing.
Advanced PC skills; experience with ERP/SAP and planning software.
Strong analytical skills: interpret instructions, perform calculations, and analyze capacity/material needs.
Excellent verbal and written English communication; comfortable presenting to teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability in dynamic environments.
Flexibility and sound logical reasoning.
