Job description
Develop and execute QMS strategy and standardization across multiple sites.
Lead internal, customer, and certification audits and ensure effective corrective actions.
Manage document control and quality management processes.
Drive management reviews, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support implementation of electronic QMS solutions and workflow automation.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and quality excellence.
Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Systems team.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
QMS experience in a battery high-volume manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, with IATF 16949 experience highly desirable.
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, audit management, and quality system implementation.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement skills.
