Job description

  • Lead analysis and strategy across Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Design.

  • Own end-to-end BOM costing and quoting processes to support customer and Company goals.

  • Forge and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Guide teams in developing and executing supply chain plans that align with revenue forecasts, inventory models, and flexibility requirements.

  • Oversee product launch and transition plans between Company sites.

  • Create tools and processes for customer reporting (e.g., E&O, OTD, Pricing).

  • Implement inventory programs (hubbing, JIT, lot-sizing, alternative transport) to optimize working capital.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commodity Management, Planning, Operations, Design, Finance) to align on customer needs.

  • Drive cost-reduction initiatives and negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and contracts to secure competitive advantage.

  • Partner with Business Development on customer negotiations to limit exposure and align supplier strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and local requirements.

  • Set clear goals and metrics; solicit ongoing feedback to track performance.

  • Understand and communicate Company and customer strategic objectives and their impact on P&L and balance sheet.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with ,inimum of five years’ related experience, preferably in supply chain management or business development.

  • Additional certification such as ASQ, CQE, CQM, CQA, or ISO Lead Auditor, plus global experience, highly desirable.
