Job description
Lead end-to-end subcon supply chain operations across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize manufacturing efficiency, inventory management, and delivery performance.
Identify, manage, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track departmental success and foster continuous improvement.
Manage new tool and process/product qualifications to meet business goals and enhance operational capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate supply chain processes and support overall business strategy.
Cultivate a culture of innovation and development within the supply chain team, promoting best practices and systematic thinking.
Provide leadership and direction to a team of supply chain professionals, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to supply chain operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in supply chain, planning, or production management within the semiconductor industry, including at least 5 years in team management roles with strong leadership skills.
Strong proficiency in systems and data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
