Provides strategic leadership for the entire supply-chain function—planning, sourcing, logistics, warehousing and supplier governance—building a resilient, data-driven network that supports rapid product ramps and cost efficiency.Â
Key responsibilities
Set end-to-end supply-chain strategy, conduct scenario planning and drive OKRs on cost, quality, availability, sustainability and safety.Â
Lead cross-functional teams in inventory & capacity management, new-product enablement and supplier localization.Â
Own procurement governance, contract negotiations, import/export compliance and external-stakeholder relations.Â
Champion talent development and a high-performance, continuous-improvement culture.Â
Requirements
Bachelor’s or above in Supply-Chain, Engineering or Business; MBA/CSCP/CPIM/CIPS a plus.
10 + years progressive supply-chain leadership (≥5 years at senior level) in semiconductor/electronics or advanced manufacturing.
Proven success in large-scale operations, supplier development, risk mitigation and ERP/analytics platforms (e.g., SAP, SQL, JMP).Â
