Job description
Lead and manage the full supply chain function, including demand planning, procurement, inventory control, warehouse, and logistics.
Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to support production plans and customer delivery requirements.
Monitor material flow and inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing working capital.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including supplier performance, lead time variability, and logistics disruptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality, and finance to align supply chain operations with business needs.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance improvement initiatives.
Implement and maintain KPIs to monitor delivery, inventory accuracy, cost, and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement projects in supply chain processes, leveraging Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards related to materials and logistics.
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to build a high-performance, agile supply chain organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Strong experience in manufacturing or EMS industry preferred.
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
