Lead supply chain improvement projects.
Assist the development of process management and improvement capability to ensure that improvement goals are achieved.
Drive consolidation towards harmonized supply chain process.
Provide coaching and training of new methodology and tools via workshops, project reporting and formalized training, and ensure learning experiences are transferred between all the teams in different locations.
Enhance existing or develop new supply chain planning tools to support new product and technology.
Bachelor / Master Degree in Operational Research, Mathematics, Statistics, or relevant disciple.
8 years of supply chain experience in semiconductor industry, with 5 years of experience in leading projects & operational experience.
Familiarity with optimization programs such as SNO, CPLEX, etc.
Prior experience with supply chain planning or supply chain tools preferred.
