Supply Chain Senior Director

Develop goals and objectives which are aligned with corporate and/or site goals to achieve the company business objectives of the teams supported.

Define, develop and maintain KPI measurement and control systems capable of monitoring and reporting organizational performance and facilitating continuous improvement.

Active management of personnel to ensure a competent and motivated team at approved budget levels.

Ensure compliance to Corporate and Procurement policies/ procedures while remaining compliant to all applicable laws and regulations.

Establish and manage Procurement Strategies which support increasing value and reducing costs through the globalization.

Assess market conditions to proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks.

Communicate with senior leadership, providing key information to make data-based decisions to deliver on the company’s strategic and financial goals.

Ensure effective operational controls, methods, and best practices are in place to drive a competitive advantage for the business.

Lead global negotiations and manage supplier executive level relationships.
