Job description

  • Develop goals and objectives which are aligned with corporate and/or site goals to achieve the company business objectives of the teams supported.

  • Define, develop and maintain KPI measurement and control systems capable of monitoring and reporting organizational performance and facilitating continuous improvement.

  • Active management of personnel to ensure a competent and motivated team at approved budget levels.

  • Ensure compliance to Corporate and Procurement policies/ procedures while remaining compliant to all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Establish and manage Procurement Strategies which support increasing value and reducing costs through the globalization.

  • Assess market conditions to proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks.

  • Communicate with senior leadership, providing key information to make data-based decisions to deliver on the company’s strategic and financial goals.

  • Ensure effective operational controls, methods, and best practices are in place to drive a competitive advantage for the business.

  • Lead global negotiations and manage supplier executive level relationships.


  • Degree in Supply Chain or relevant field.

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in wafer fabrication.
