Serve as the Voice Of Customer to internal cross-functional stakeholders.
Communicate product vision, product roadmap and product strategy to customers and to internal stakeholders.
Able to participate in technical discussions and help make define trade-offs.
Identify both business and technical requirements and drive for product development; and to provide technical consultation to customers' requirements.
Prepare costing, quotation and technical proposal.
Support and lead assigned projects.
Perform market potential analysis and competitor analysis.
Propose and implement product strategy to meet company's growth and revenue plan.
Able to work with partnership company from India.
Other duties or projects, as assigned.
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or Business Management or its equivalent.
5 – 7 years’ experience in automotive electronics industry, preferably with product. management or product marketing experience.
Product management/marking experience in automotive industry, preferably with Indian customers.
Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests.
Goal-oriented and extremely hard working.
Self-driven, independent and enthusiastic to succeed.
Capable of collaborating with teams and achieving results.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
Good communication in English. Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
Proactive, extrovert personality, team player & goal focus.
Ability to work under pressure in a structured environment.
Willingness to travel within Asia, especially India and China.
