Job description

Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead equipment development, deployment, and advanced manufacturing initiatives. The role will manage complex program schedules, track progress, drive milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, process development, manufacturing engineering, procurement, supply chain, sales, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate tooling builds and project activities.

  • Track project goals, milestones, deliverables, schedules, risks, and resource needs.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure project scope, resources, and timelines are aligned.

  • Manage resource conflicts across local and global teams.

  • Lead technical discussions to identify and resolve program risks.

  • Facilitate qualification and ramp management with Equipment, Supply Chain, Planning, and Engineering teams.

  • Provide concise reporting, maintain stakeholder alignment, and update leadership on progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering with at least 7 years of equipment or process engineering experience, preferably in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing.

  • Minimum 5 years of program management or equivalent experience.

  • Strong technical understanding of equipment design, automation, and manufacturing processes in R&D and high-volume manufacturing.

  • Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs.

  • Ability to bring structure, clarity, and focus in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
