
Job description
Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead equipment development, deployment, and advanced manufacturing initiatives. The role will manage complex program schedules, track progress, drive milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, process development, manufacturing engineering, procurement, supply chain, sales, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and coordinate tooling builds and project activities.
Track project goals, milestones, deliverables, schedules, risks, and resource needs.
Work cross-functionally to ensure project scope, resources, and timelines are aligned.
Manage resource conflicts across local and global teams.
Lead technical discussions to identify and resolve program risks.
Facilitate qualification and ramp management with Equipment, Supply Chain, Planning, and Engineering teams.
Provide concise reporting, maintain stakeholder alignment, and update leadership on progress.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering with at least 7 years of equipment or process engineering experience, preferably in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing.
Minimum 5 years of program management or equivalent experience.
Strong technical understanding of equipment design, automation, and manufacturing processes in R&D and high-volume manufacturing.
Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs.
Ability to bring structure, clarity, and focus in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
