Job description

  • Owner of relationship matrix of distributors to enable company to be efficient and successful with the distribution partners.

  • Develop and execute multi-year Distribution business plans to maximize the company’s Mass Market business revenue, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier within the distribution partners.

  • Present sales business plans to the company’s management for alignment and support.

  • Develop deep understanding of the assigned territory/distributors and what are the commercial and technical requirements.

  • Cultivate and establish strong cooperative relationships at all levels of distribution

    organization, as well as drive timely, productive, and effective resolution of customer


  • Lead and drive new business demand creation with Distributor Product Managers, Field Application Engineers/ Business Development Team and the company’s engineering resources to secure design wins and design win revenue.

  • Schedule regular business reviews within their territory/distributors, setting corrective actions for under performance.

  • Secure a high level of customer satisfaction by establishing a good rapport and trust with the Key Account Customers/Distribution Channels.

  • Develop and execute Marcom programs with distributor partners (customer/industry events, seminars & trainings ...etc).

  • Provide timely market intelligence.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the management.


  • Both a team player as well as individual/independent contributor.

  • 5 or more years of regional sales experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in multi-cultural environment.

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must and excellent presentation skill will be key for this role, ability to converse in other European Languages will be advantageous.

  • Ability to evaluate complex situations in the distribution, EMS and OEM business.

  • Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with all levels of the customers' organization.

  • Good level of understanding for business creation and development. Good skills for managing design-in and design-win pipeline process and Prioritization.

  • Well-verse in Microsoft office and any other programs that can enhance and increase the efficiency of tasks.

  • Action oriented, self-motivating, open-minded with strong listening communication and time conflict management skills.

  • Highly sales driven, Strong Business Sense and results oriented.

  • This role requires frequent traveling, including international travels.
