Job description
Conduct testing and failure analysis on power boxes, switchgear, and electronic assemblies.
Design and build test setups and control equipment for power distribution units.
Review schematics and product designs for testability; resolve issues to reduce test equipment downtime.
Analyze test data, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
Coordinate calibration and installation of test instruments for power system testing.
Support new procedures and provide training to production staff.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO standards.
Requirements
B.S. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
More than 10 years experience in hardware testing, preferably in power systems.
Hands-on with schematics, test benches, and scripting (Linux a plus).
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
