Job description
Lead test engineering team to set up in house new test capability for new test technology ramp up.
Expert in the technical, conceptual and content development for Wafer Sort, Final Test and System Level Testing to meet product needs.
Provide test debug support to the High-Volume Manufacturing sites during initial production.
Manage and coach staff in test transfer project management (resource and timeline management), bring in new test capability to support new technology ramp.
Lead lot disposition team to handle & daily first pass low yield analysis and logistics wafer return (RMA), reporting and handling.
Requirements
Minimum a Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of Test and BEOL experience.
Good experience within the Electronics manufacturing/semiconductor industry.
Good leadership and excellent communication skills.
