Job description
Be a part of Thin Film Unit Module Development (UMD) and support the technical responsibilities of module managers, fostering talent development.
Oversee the development and transfer of new thin film processes in each module.
Lead initiatives to enhance thin film processes, focusing on improving yield and reducing defects.
Provide technical leadership by guiding the thin film process team in each module.
Demonstrate expertise and broad knowledge in thin film technology, gaining recognition as a key authority.
Contribute to advancing technologies and elevating the company’s technical position.
Address complex thin film challenges with innovative solutions, establish problem-solving methodologies, and promote innovation.
Lead impactful multidisciplinary projects in thin film processes.
Hold a leading role as the inventor of patents and publications with citations.
Requirements
PhD/Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience in wafer fabrication industry
Extensive expertise in technologies, contributing to market strategy and ensuring customer acceptance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient analytical and project management skills
