Job description
We are seeking an experienced Workday Principal HRIS Analyst to support, configure, and enhance multiple Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Time & Absence, and Learning. This role serves as a Workday subject-matter expert, ensuring system accuracy, security, and an excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR and business teams to deliver Workday process improvements and solutions.
Configure Workday business processes, security, reporting, and functional settings.
Lead and support Workday modules and integrations, including EIBs and vendor integrations.
Support Workday releases through testing, documentation, and training.
Troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of functional and technical Workday experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
